Tashkent City Park

Tashkent City Park is a modern public space in the Tashkent City business district. It is built around an artificial lake with wide walking paths. The main feature is the musical fountain: in the evening, water jets are lit and move in time with music. There are benches, cafes and open areas around the lake. It is a comfortable place for a quiet break between appointments.

The park becomes livelier after sunset, when the heat eases and the fountain lighting is switched on. Daytime is quieter, but there is little shade, so in warm months morning or evening visits are more pleasant. The terrain is flat and easy for slow walking, with seating near the water.
